399bet Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Platform Rules & Policies

1. Introduction

Welcome to 399bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 399bet ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing access to and use of the 399bet website at https://399bet.cash and all services, games, betting markets and features available through it.

By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on 399bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 399bet.

399bet is designed and operated for the Pakistani market. All accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All communications from 399bet are in English unless otherwise indicated. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 399bet.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 399bet you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 399bet does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, partnership or other legal entity).
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

399bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on 399bet. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity or different details — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balance held across duplicate accounts is subject to forfeiture.

When registering on 399bet you agree to:

• Provide your real name, mobile number and date of birth accurately. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. 399bet will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel.
• Notify 399bet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

399bet accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login details with another person or allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility regardless of who actually performed it.

399bet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to close any account that breaches these Terms at any time without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 399bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 399bet wallet instantly in most cases. 399bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 399bet targets processing all Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day. 399bet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in the name matching your 399bet account.

Fees: 399bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via local Pakistani payment methods. Bank charges applied by your own financial institution are outside 399bet's control.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity conducted on 399bet including sports betting, cricket betting, football betting, esports betting and any other market available on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 399bet does not allow bets to be cancelled after confirmation unless the market itself is cancelled or void according to the applicable event rules.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided unless the bet is specifically an in-play market and was accepted during the live betting window.
• Maximum and minimum stake amounts vary by market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• 399bet reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any individual bet at any time. Accepted bets that exceed the maximum payout cap will be paid at the capped amount.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price being displayed, 399bet reserves the right to void the affected bet at the correct price or refund the stake.
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting against the platform or coordinated play — may result in bets being voided and accounts being reviewed or closed.
• Odds displayed on 399bet are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

For live games (card games, poker, Ludo and Andar Bahar), results are final once the round is concluded. Technical disconnections do not entitle a player to a refund of bets placed in a round that has already started.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

399bet offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses and other time-limited promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated for the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion's specific terms page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically. Wagering requirements must be met before the expiry date.
• One Bonus at a Time: 399bet does not allow multiple bonuses to be active on a single account simultaneously unless specifically stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements while locking guaranteed profit, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Changes: 399bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted in good faith by players.

7. Responsible Gaming

399bet is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools within every player account to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You can set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can voluntarily exclude yourself from 399bet for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the minimum exclusion period.

Violation of any of these conduct rules gives 399bet the right to suspend or close your account immediately and withhold any balance pending investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on 399bet — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text content, software, code and data — is the exclusive property of 399bet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 399bet for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

Termination by you: You may close your account at any time by contacting 399bet customer support. Any real-money balance remaining (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be paid to your registered withdrawal method after identity verification is complete.

Termination by 399bet: 399bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We reasonably believe you have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory obligation or court order.
• Your account shows no activity for an extended period and attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 399bet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud, all balances may be forfeited.

13. Changes to These Terms
